How the Subscription Works

The Maker's Mantel is a bi-monthly DIY Home Décor Subscription Box.

When you subscribe, you'll receive a thoughtfully curated seasonal craft box every other month, complete with project materials and access to step-by-step YouTube tutorials.

Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled according to this policy.

Billing

Your payment method will be charged automatically on your scheduled renewal date.

By subscribing, you authorize The Maker's Mantel to process recurring payments until your subscription is canceled.

If your payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to process it again. If payment remains unsuccessful, your subscription may be paused or canceled.

Shipping Schedule

Subscription boxes are shipped every other month and are planned to arrive before the upcoming season or holiday whenever possible.

You'll receive shipping confirmation once your box has been dispatched.

Shipping dates may occasionally vary due to supplier availability, weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

What's Included

Each subscription box includes:

A featured seasonal DIY home décor project

Carefully selected project materials

Step-by-step YouTube tutorial access

Creative inspiration and exclusive subscriber content

Project contents may vary from box to box.

Basic Craft Supplies

Most projects use common crafting tools such as scissors, hot glue, paintbrushes, or similar items.

A free Craft Supply Checklist is available to help new subscribers prepare before their first box arrives.

Changes to Projects

Occasionally, materials or embellishments may become unavailable.

If necessary, we reserve the right to substitute materials with comparable items of equal or greater quality while maintaining the overall design and functionality of the project.

Managing Your Subscription

You may manage your subscription through your customer account.

If your subscription platform allows, you may:

Update your payment information

Change your shipping address

Pause or skip shipments (if offered)

Cancel future renewals

Any changes must be completed before your next renewal date to take effect for the upcoming shipment.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.

Once a renewal payment has been processed, that order has entered fulfillment and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Cancellation prevents future renewals only.

Returns & Refunds

Because each subscription box contains curated craft supplies and seasonal materials, subscription purchases are generally non-refundable.

If your shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains defective items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the damaged or missing items

We will review each situation and, when appropriate, replace damaged or missing items or provide another suitable resolution.

Shipping Address

Subscribers are responsible for keeping their shipping address current.

We are not responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be resent due to an incorrect address.

Gift Subscriptions

If gift subscriptions are offered, they will follow the terms stated at the time of purchase and will not automatically renew unless specifically noted.

Subscriber Community

From time to time, subscribers may receive access to exclusive content, sneak peeks, tutorials, or community experiences. These benefits are subject to change without notice and do not alter the terms of your subscription.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Subscription Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
